Yes, always. All our backing boards and mounts are acid free, which will protect your shirt from yellowing or deteriorating over time.

Signatures are handled with extreme care throughout, we avoid all contact with signed areas and there is the option of using UV protective glazing to prevent ink from fading, if you are concerned please do mention it to us and we will be sure to advise you on the best approach.

Yes, all shirts in our care are fully insured throughout the framing process.

We recommend sending your shirt and any used items to us by recorded, trackable post. We will confirm with you once we have received it safely in our hands.

We’re quite used to arranging framing by email or phone, we can have the conversation regarding your requirements and send you photos of suggested colour ways and layouts for your approval before we start.

Our standard turnaround is 10-14 working days from receipt of your shirt, if it’s required sooner we will always work towards deadlines where possible.

If we don’t have one of our branches close to you for collection, we can dispatch by tracked and insured couriers. All our frames will be wrapped in protective packaging, we recommend choosing acrylic glazing option for frames being couriered, the delivery is usually around £25 for UK delivery.
